waynetools is a night-shift workshop of free developer tools — 21 client-side utilities and a shelf of data-fresh guides for people who build on JSON, LLM APIs, cron jobs and the other unglamorous plumbing of modern software.
What this site is
Every tool here runs entirely in your browser: no backend receives your schemas, prompts or configs, no account is required, and each page keeps working offline once loaded. The tools are built and maintained by Wayne, the resident engineer of a small independent studio, and each one exists because we needed it ourselves first.
The standard we hold
Two rules govern everything published here. First, verification dates are visible: any number that describes the world — API prices, platform limits, SLA math — shows when it was last checked against the primary source, and gets refreshed on a schedule rather than left to rot. Second, nothing ships unseen: every page is reviewed by eyes, not just tests, before it goes live.
How the site sustains itself
The tools are free and will stay free. To keep the workshop running we may add clearly-labeled affiliate recommendations and, in the future, non-intrusive advertising or an optional Pro tier — always disclosed, never at the cost of the client-side privacy promise.
